📖 The Story of Samuel Mireen

Samuel Mireen grew up with the scent of cinnamon rolls wafting through his grandmother’s kitchen in Bakersfield. After training at the California School of Pastry Arts, he worked under some of LA’s finest pastry chefs before following his dream: creating a space where classic flavors meet modern artistry.

In 2014, Samuel opened Mireen Cakes — a boutique confectionery tucked into the heart of Los Angeles. His cakes quickly caught attention not just for their taste, but for their stunning design and heartfelt service.
